🖥️ Installation

Need help getting QuoteNovo installed and running on your Windows computer?

  • QuoteNovo requires a Windows PC (Windows 10 or later recommended)
  • Run the installer with standard Windows permissions
  • If Windows Defender shows a SmartScreen prompt, click "More info" and then "Run anyway" — this is normal for new software
  • Contact admin@quotenovo.com if you encounter installation errors

QuoteNovo is available now for $265 (one-time purchase, no subscription).

🖥️ Windows Requirement

QuoteNovo is a Windows-only desktop application.

  • QuoteNovo runs on Windows 10 and Windows 11
  • It is not available for Mac or Linux
  • There is no mobile or tablet version
  • There is no web browser version
  • Contact support with platform questions before purchasing

💾 Data & Backup

Your data is stored locally on your Windows computer — you are always in control.

  • Use the built-in Backup feature in QuoteNovo to export a copy of your data
  • Store your backup file in a secure location (external drive, cloud storage, etc.)
  • Use Restore to bring your data back if you change computers or reinstall
  • QuoteNovo does not automatically sync or back up to the cloud
  • Contact admin@quotenovo.com if you have trouble with backup or restore

  • Create a new estimate from the Estimates section
  • Add line items from your Products & Services library or enter custom items
  • Mark individual line items as taxable or non-taxable
  • Convert an accepted estimate directly to an invoice
  • Track payments against any invoice

📄 PDF Proposals

QuoteNovo can generate polished PDF documents to share with clients.

  • Generate a PDF from any estimate or invoice
  • PDFs are formatted for professional presentation
  • Share PDFs via email or in person
