QuoteNovo is a local-first Windows desktop application. The current version of the app does not transmit your business data to any external server. Your customers, estimates, invoices, and project data are stored only on your own computer.

2. Data Stored Locally on Your Computer

When you use QuoteNovo, all data you enter — including customer information, estimates, invoices, products, services, and payment records — is stored locally on your Windows computer. This data does not leave your device as part of the application's normal operation.

You are responsible for the security of your local data. We recommend:

• Using a password-protected Windows account
• Keeping your Windows operating system updated
• Maintaining regular backups using QuoteNovo's backup feature
• Storing backups in a secure location

3. This Website

The QuoteNovo website (quotenovo.com) is a static informational site. We do not currently use website analytics tracking scripts, advertising pixels, or user accounts on this website.

Standard web server logs may record basic connection data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is standard for any website and is not used for individual tracking or marketing purposes.

4. Email Contact

If you email us at admin@quotenovo.com, we will receive your email address and the content of your message. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or share your contact information with third parties.

5. Payment Processing

Online checkout for QuoteNovo purchases is not yet active. When checkout becomes available, payments will be processed by a third-party payment provider. At that time, the payment provider's own privacy policy will apply to payment and billing information. QuoteNovo will not store full payment card details.

6. License Information

When a license is issued, we may retain basic purchase records (such as the email address used at checkout and the license details) for the purpose of customer support and license management. This information is used only for those purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal information you provide to us. We do not use your information for advertising purposes.
